              Le signal de la victoire
Déjà brille aux cieux ;
La couronne de la gloire
Paraît à nos yeux.

  Je viens, combattez encore !
  Dit Jésus à tous.
  Oui, mon Sauveur, je t'implore,
  Je lutte à genoux.

Que l'ennemi plein de rage
Redouble ses coups,
Nous ne perdons point courage :
Christ est avec nous.

  Je viens, combattez encore !
  Dit Jésus à tous.
  Oui, mon Sauveur, je t'implore,
  Je lutte à genoux.

Suivons, amis, la bannière
Du Sauveur en croix,
Et que notre armée entière
Se range à sa voix.

  Je viens, combattez encore !
  Dit Jésus à tous.
  Oui, mon Sauveur, je t'implore,
  Je lutte à genoux.

Rude et longue est la mêlée :
Voici le secours !
Dans nos mains prenons l'épée
Qui vainquit toujours !

  Je viens, combattez encore !
  Dit Jésus à tous.
  Oui, mon Sauveur, je t'implore,
  Je lutte à genoux.
