              Lejos de Dios has caminado,
Perdido estás, oh pecador;
Mas Dios te ama y te ha buscado
Año tras año con amor.

  Dios se acerca, y a la puerta
  Llama de tu corazón;
  Dios te ama y te ofrece
  Hoy eterna salvación.

Sembrada hallaste con espinas
La senda de tu elección;
Y tiemblas porque te avecinas
A una eterna perdición.

No temas, no, que Dios ha visto
Tu miserable condición,
Pues a salvarte vino Cristo,
Lleno de inmensa compasión.

Ven, reflexiona, y tu pecado
Deja, buscando su perdón;
Pues Dios olvida tu pasado,
Cuando te ofrece salvación.
