              Luaţi aminte voi, astăzi oameni
Cuvântul ne-ncetat
Cuvântul spune că El degrabă
De pe pământ ne va lua.

  // Mult dori-vor atunci oamenii
  S-audă din cuvântul sfânt
  Dar Dumnezeu va-nchide harul
  // El nu va mai fi pe pământ. //

Amos, prorocul a zis odată
Că foamete-n lume va fi
Dar nu de pâine şi sete de apă
Cuvântul va lipsi.

Vor pribegi de la mare la mare
Şi-atunci vor fi istoviţi
Flăcăii şi fetele cele frumoase
De har vor fi lipsiţi.

Se va topi lumea de sete
Şi-atunci vor fi istoviţi
Dorind s-audă cuvânt de la Domnul
Dar cuvântul va lipsi.
