              Mi Dios y yo andamos por el prado,
Amigos íntimos en comunión;
// Le hablo a él, le cuento mis pesares;
Mi Dios y yo charlamos al andar. //

Mi Dios y yo andamos siempre juntos,
Juntas las manos en dulce amistad;
// De su presencia y dulce paz disfruto,
Mi Dios y yo unidos en lealtad. //
