              Milosrdný Bože náš,
skloň sa k nám z trónu svojho,
daj s úžitkom počúvať
dnes zvesť slova svätého,
ktoré bude zaznievať
k nášmu ponaučeniu
z Tvojho evanjelia
do srdca z nás každému.

Daj nám srdce ochotné
k prijímaniu všetkého,
čo počúvať budeme
z Tvojho slova svätého,
aby sme to úprimnou
vierou všetci prijali
a duchu nečistému
miesta v nás nedávali.

Veríme, drahý Pane,
že všetko tak sa stane,
s úžitkom Tvoje slovo
do sŕdc našich dnes padne;
čistú lásku rozhojní,
vieru v Krista upevní
a posilní v nádeji,
že budeme spasení.
