              Min lupaapi Herra,
Hän täyttävi sen.
Hän sanansa
pettääkö soisi?
Muun vaihtuissa
aina on uskollinen,
ei koskaan
Hän hyljätä voisi.

  Ain Herramme sana
  on horjumaton,
  on vahvempi
  taivasta, maata.
  Kun uskon nyt vaan,
  niin nähdä sen saan:
  Ei koskaan mua
  pettää Hän saata.

Ain etsivä löytää
ja anova saa.
Ei lahjojaan
lukea saata.
En turhaan mä
lähesty Vapahtajaa.
Ken paremman osan
vois taata?

Kun peltoa kyynelin
kastelen vaan,
ei kato voi
tuhota viljaa.
Sen Herramme
varmasti saa
kasvamaan,
ja korjuuseen
kypsyy se hiljaa.
