              Mne meno Ježiš vzácne je,
aj z mojich úst nech svetom znie.
V ňom radosť mám a spasenie,
v tom drahom mene Ježiš.

  Najvzácnejšie meno mien,
  Ježiš, stály, bezo zmien!
O tom mene deň čo deň
  nech zvučí vrúcna chvála!

Je plné lásky, milosti,
vie zhojiť moje bolesti
a silu dáva v úzkosti
to vzácne meno Ježiš.

Hoc tmavý súmrak nastane,
strach, ktorý cítim, zahnať vie
a v slabostiach ma pozdvihne
to slávne meno Ježiš.

Ja meno Ježiš mám tak rád!
S ním čo sa môže porovnať?
Chcem ďalej v piesni zvestovať
a vzývať meno Ježiš!
