              1. Myslievam na ten čas,
z neba keď zaznie hlas,
zjaví sa všemocný slávy Pán.
Na zemi blažené zástupy spasené
vítať ho budú zo všetkých strán.

  Ref.: Nesie nás túžby let
  v sľúbený nový svet,
  slnkom kde bude Boh, Spasiteľ.
  Bez hriechu, bolestí,
  smrteľných úzkostí
  poznávať budeme spásy cieľ.

2. Nevesta Kristova
má byť vždy hotová
privítať Ženícha slávneho.
On ju sám pozdraví, z lásky ju obdarí
korunou života večného.

3. Pane náš, nemeškaj,
vytrvať silu daj,
príchod tvoj v nádeji čakáme.
Sám si nás vykúpil,
od hriechu očistil,
k tebe len s dôverou vzhliadame.
