Měl srdce jsem černé jak noc,
než Pán v něm dokázal moc.
Svou krví v něm umyl můj hřích,
teď bělejší je nežli sníh.
A v Bibli čtu, že smím,
žít v městě ze zlata s Ním.
Den slavný to, překrásný byl,
když Ježíš hříchy mé smyl.
