              „Neboj sa už nikdy!"
tak znie Pánov hlas,
na cestu mi žiari
ako hviezdy jas.
Polnočnými mrakmi
mocne preniká
vzácne zasľúbenie,
nikdy ma nezanechá.

  Nie, nezanechá,
  nie, nezanechá,
On sľúbil, so mnou že bude,
  nikdy ma nezanechá.

Všetko vôkol hynie,
vädne krásny kvet,
všetky sľuby sklamú,
tie, čo dáva svet.
Nezvädne však ruža,
ruža sáronská,
nesklame môj Ježiš,
nikdy ma nezanechá.

Aj keď šípmi mieria
na moju mi hruď,
Pán môj tíško šeptá:
„Vôle dobrej buď!"
Ako s piesňou vtáča
v háji prelieta,
tiež mám v srdci radosť,
On že ma nezanechá.
