Nočný už zmizol tieň, nový nám svitá deň,
čaká Nás vznešená úloha.
Viesť svädných ku zdroju, zomdlených k pokoju,
posvätiť životy pre Boha.

Odplatou bohatou syn Boží poctí nás,
  tých, ktorí nemárnia drahý čas.
  Namiesto únavy večne ich oslávi,
  uvedie do zeme večných krás.

Združte sa do práce, Boží pracovníci
rozličná práca vám zverená.
Čo jeden rozsieva, iný nech zalieva,
pracujte v duchovnom spojení.

Už sa deň znižuje, Pán sa približuje,
prichádza od sluhov počet brať.
Ó, bratu milený, či budeš chválený,
budeš môcť s úžitkom hrivnu dať.
