              Noc šíry už halí kraj
a slnko v diaľavách
zapadlo zvečera,
na nebi hviezdny svit.
Že šťastní smieme byť,
aká to nádhera!
Na nebi hviezdny svit.
Že šťastní smieme byť,
aká to nádhera!

Svet tíchne a zaspáva,
bdie ruka láskavá,
nad tebou, nado mnou.
Do svojej pravice
Boh vzal hviezd tisíce,
je našou ochranou.
Do svojej pravice
Boh vzal hviezd tisíce,
je našou ochranou.

Kde pôjdeme aj my späť,
daj ráno zas nám vstať,
Ty v láske najvyšší,
buď stále s nami sám,
v nás buduj svoj si chrám,
ó Pane Ježiši.
Buď stále s nami sám,
v nás buduj svoj si chrám,
ó Pane Ježiši.
