              Náhli pod kríž ťarchu zložiť,
unavený syn,
obdarí ťa Otec
plným spasením.

Svätý Duch ťa viní, súdi,
na kríž s vierou hlaď!
Miesto teba Ježiš
išiel umierať.

Pán tam splní sväté túžby,
z duše vezme žiaľ;
veď i takým biednym,
slabým život dal.

Milosť, láska z Krista plynie,
odpustenia prúd.
Šťastný, kto už pri ňom
mohol spočinúť.
