              1. Náš Bože slávny, všemocný náš Kráľ,
dráhy si hviezdam skvostným vymeral,
jagavým leskom česť ti vzdávajú,
príkazy vôle tvojej spĺňajú.

2. Za dávnych čias si ľud svoj viedol
sám páľavou púšte k diaľnym končinám.
Bedlivým strážcom dosiaľ si aj nám,
láskavo stále nás moc tvoja chráň!

3. Zloba chce oheň skazy na nás zviesť,
mrákavou prikryť, zhasnúť svetlo hviezd.
Mier, Pane, vráť, zlom vládu hriechu v nás,
útrapy mierni, veď do ríše krás.

4. V súžení viera v tebe kotviť má,
len ty si spása naša jediná! Lásku,
čo dávaš dosiaľ svetu znať, nám, Pane,
pomôž verne zvestovať.
