Odpusť, že dnes tak ako včera
som Tebe vernosť sľuboval.
Odpusť, že z rána do večera
som Teba skutkom zradzoval.
Odpusť, že z rána do večera
som Teba skutkom zradzoval.

Odpusť, že som zas sklamal brata,
ktorý radu potreboval.
Odpusť, že som sa díval zhora
na toho, čo sa potkýnal.
Odpusť, že som sa díval zhora
na toho, čo sa potkýnal.

Odpusť, že nad hnevom do noci
nechal som slnko zapadnúť.
Odpusť, že som zas bez pomoci
slepého nechal upadnúť.
Odpusť, že som zas bez pomoci
slepého nechal upadnúť.

Odpusť mi, Pane, zase znova
odpusť zradený lásky plán.
Odpusť všetky zbytočné slová,
odpusť, veď láskavý si Pán.
Odpusť všetky zbytočné slová,
odpusť, veď láskavý si Pán.
