              1. Oi Herrani Jeesukseni,
Sä virheetön, vanhurskas puoltajani.
Sä suuri ja nöyrä ja uskollinen,
Sinä, Ystävä parhain syntisien.

2. Sun luoksesi, Sun luoksesi mä
saavun ja turvaudun armohosi ja
veriseen uhriisi, haavoihisi,
joilla parantaa tahdot sydämeni.

3. Armosi suo, Henkesi suo,
mun syntini, saastani kauaksi
luo ja itse Sä täyttäös tuntoni mun.
Sinun Henkesi johtoon nyt antaudun.

4. Puhtahaksi ja pyhäksi mä
tahtoisin tulla, oi Jeesukseni.
Sua ilman en voi, ilman armoa en.
Sulta pyydän mä peson täydellisen.

5. Kiitokseni armostasi
tuon yksin mä Sulle,
oi Jumalani.
Sun laupeudestasi riemuita saan.
Sinä puhdistat sydämen kokonaan.
