              Mesiac ticho vzdychá
slnko bez života
Spasiteľ sveta dnes padol

Jeho telo na kríži
s ťarchou každej viny
za nás svoju krv vylieva

Výdych posledný krát,
nebo odvracia zrak,
Syn Boží v temnotách sám leží

V hrobe sa strhol boj
vojna so smrťou
moc pekla zlomená je raz navždy

Zrazu zem sa otriasa,
kameň sa odsúva,
jeho láska premôcť sa viac už nedá.

Tak smrť kde máš svoju zbraň,
náš zmŕtvychvstalý Kráľ,
ti prehru navždy spôsobil.

  Oslávený, vzkriesený,
  chválený, vyvýšený,
môj Pán a Kráľ, na veky,
on je živý, on je živý

  Spievaj aleluja, spievaj aleluja
  spievaj aleluja, Baránok zvíťazil
