              Otázku zúfalú mi dal,
stál a čakal:
Ako dnes žiť,
keď život nemá čo dať?
Dni utekajú
a neviem načo žijem.
Len jedno viem:
budúcnosti sa budem báť.

Otázka zúfalá jak dym
sa rozplynula
a on tam stál
a počúval, že spieva vták.
Po noci dlhej
mu svitlo svetlo denné
a v diaľke mizol
starý plač, života vrak.

  Tak volám:
  Poď za Ježišom,
  On hriech tvoj zná,
  predsa rád ťa má,
  mier nájdeš v Ňom.
  On život dal,
  -znie to ako sen-,
aby si žil a radosť mal
  na každý deň.
