              1. Pán Ježiš je predivný záchranca môj,
sám zo mňa sňal bremeno vín,
ja spasenia večného istotu mám,
jej zárukou je Boží Syn.

Ref.: On v mrákavách žiarivým svetlom mi bol
a tešil ma, uzdravil z rán,
mňa z úzkosti zo strachu vždy vytrhol,
// Ja z vďačnosti srdce mu dám //

2. Keď únavou padám, on dvíha ma sám
a kríž môj mi pomáha niesť,
ja zlého sa obávať nemusím už,
hoc svet chce ma do hriechu zviesť.

3. On bezmedzne žehná ma na každý deň,
jak láskavý otec len vie, za všetko,
čo dosiaľ mi z milosti dal,
nech z úst mojich veleba znie.

4. Už blíži sa nádherný zvítania čas,
Pán v sláve a moci má prísť,
chcem v svadobnom rúchu, čo dá mi on sám,
mu v ústrety radostne ísť.
