              Päivänikö
hukkaan soisin
mennä ilman
hedelmää?
Käteni vain
tyhjät toisin,
kun jo ilta
yllättää?

  Kristikansa,
  työhön, työhön,
  kun on vielä
  valoisaa.
  Kohta vaihtuu
  päivä yöhön,
  sieluja nyt
  voittakaa!

Jeesus auttaa,
Jeesus kantaa
kuolemasta
vapahtain.
Vähän vain voin
Hälle antaa,
vaikka itse
paljon sain.
