              Príď, Kriste, Svetlo sveta,
premáha ma temnota
mnohých hriechov, neresti,
ó, príď, Svetlo z výsosti!

Nauč ma Otca poznať,
vrúcne Ho ctiť, milovať;
ukáž, že som určený,
aby som bol spasený.

Príď, Kriste, zbav ma zlého,
uzdrav, očisť hriešneho,
zlé vášne a žiadosti
z môjho srdca vyhosti.

Kriste, prosím úprimne,
v každej chvíli buď pri mne,
zármutok, žiaľ a bolesť
pokorne ma nauč niesť.

Príď, Kriste, k sveta súdu,
keď nás hroby kryť budú,
a po našom vzkriesení
daj, nech sme oslávení.

Potom slávne Hosana!
bude znieť bez prestania;
a keď uzriem Tvoju tvár,
prijmem večnej spásy dar.
