Proč láska dnes na světe umírá,
proč lhostejnost všem nitro rozžírá,
proč člověk dnes hlboko kles
proč jiným štěstí ubírá.

  Člověče hledej odpověď,
  a místo k zemi v zhůru hleď
  odpověď najdeš brzo sám,
  poslouchej co ti poví Pán.

Proč dneska zlo nad dobrem vítězí,
proč žije se bez zábran, bez mezí,
proč nikdo z nás nemá dnes čas
pomáhat lidem z nesnází.

Lidé dnes lásku proto neznají,
že Pána Boha v srdci nemají,
proto kvete zlo na světe
proto lidé naříkají.

Však každý může mnohem lépe žít,
když bude chtít v šlepějích Krista jít,
je spokojne jen člověk ten,
co rozhodl se s hříchem rvát.
