Rok nový zase k nám prišiel,
v ňom teš sa každý a veseľ.

  Radujme sa, veseľme sa
  v tomto novom roku.

Buď Bohu sláva na nebi
a pokoj ľuďom na zemi.

I roku pominulého
Boh nás ochránil od zlého.

Keď Syna svojho dal z neba,
s Ním všetko dá, čo nám treba.

Aj cez rok nastávajúci,
zostaň s nami, Všemohúci!

Kráľovstvo Jeho hľadajme
a v Neho stále dúfajme.

Za dobro, dané nám z neba,
česť Bohu, sláva, veleba.

Keď v mene Krista prosíme,
Boh dá viac, ako myslíme,
Otvor, Pane, štedrú ruku,
v tomto novom roku.
