              Rəbbin mələyi Göydən endi,
Çobanları nura bələdi,
Onlara belə söylədi:

  «Mən sizə bütün xalqı sevindirəcək
  Bir müjdə gətirmişəm, gətirmişəm.
  Çünki bu gün Davudun şəhərində
  Sizə Xilaskar doğuldu -
  O, Rəbb Məsihdir».

Və mələk ilə bərabər
Böyük Göy Ordusu göründü.
Onlar Allaha həmdlə deyirdilər:

  «Ən ucalarda olan Allaha izzət,
  Və yer üzündəki insanlara
  Sülh, razılıq olsun».
