              Sä Jeesus, annat
rauhan, joka kestää.
Se taisteluissa
auttaa, suojelee.
Ei mikään voima
kulkua voi estää,
kun Herra itse
vain mua varjelee.

"Vain vähän aikaa
vielä kilvoitusta",
näin itse tahdot
mua lohduttaa.
"Vain vähän aikaa
kylvön toimitusta,
niin elonkorjuun
suuri päivä saa."

Vain vähän aikaa
huolta elon tiellä -
mä kuljen täällä
kautta korpimaan -
ja sitten aina
riemua on siellä,
kun taivaan loistoon
Herran luokse saan.
