                Si tu bois au torrent,
  Il te rafraîchira.
  Si tu bois au torrent,
  Tu te relèveras.

Quand souvent sur la route
Tu te sens fatigué,
Dans la lutte ou le doute
Ou quand tu es tenté.

  Si tu bois au torrent,
  Il te rafraîchira.
  Si tu bois au torrent,
  Tu te relèveras.

Jésus est l'onde pure
Qui peut désaltérer,
Goûtes-y je t'assure,
Il peut te fortifier.

  Si tu bois au torrent,
  Il te rafraîchira.
  Si tu bois au torrent,
  Tu te relèveras.
