Slnko za vrch zapadá, tichý vetrík veje,
už mesiačik vychádza, s ním hviezd veľké roje.
Z hôr sa plazí noci tieň,
pomodlím sa, spať idem,
Boh nás chráni, viem,
Boh nás chráni, viem.

V Tvojich rukách, Otče náš, ľudia hľadajú skrýš,
priviň k sebe všetkých nás, bôľ nemocných utíš.
Čo nám treba, všetko vieš, otcovsky nás miluješ,
spánkom nás osviež,
spánkom nás osviež.
