              Soldado soy de Cristo
Y al combate voy,
El triunfo me es seguro,
Pues yo con él estoy.

Los enemigos míos están en derredor,
Mas Cristo está a mi lado,
Mi fuerte protector.
Y cuando allá en la gloria,
Contemplaré su faz,
El me dará corona por la eternidad.
