              Som už vykúpený
pravda predivná,
ne však bohatstvom,
pokladmi viem.
Svätou krvou
duša mi je obmytá,
o tom blažený hovoriť smiem.

Som už vykúpený
iba z milosti,
všetky hriechy sú
zahladené.
Teraz túžim
Bohu slúžiť v radosti,
pokoj má srdce očistené.

Som už vykúpený
písmo svedčí mi,
v službe diablovej
nemusím stáť,
dlhy platil
Ježiš Kristus nevinný,
ráčil bremeno z pliec mojich sňať.

Som už vykúpený
vraví Svätý Duch,
dobrý Tešiteľ,
ochranca, Pán,
Jemu patrí
vôľa, myseľ, zrak i sluch,
On ma dovedie do večných brán.

  Draho som kúpený
  nie však bohatstvom,
  pokladmi viem,
  svätou krvou Kristovou
som zbielený, o tom s radosťou hovoriť smiem.
