              Sovinnon suuri päivä
meille on koittanut.
Täytetty lain on käskyt,
Jeesus on voittanut.
Rientävät joukot suuret
perintöön taivaiseen,
autuuden ovat saaneet,
lääkkehen sielulleen.

  Kiitos nyt, Jeesus, Sulle,
  kaiken Sä uhrasit.
  Eestämme
  kuoloon käyden
  velkamme kuittasit.
  Pappeina valtakunnan
  uuden ja iäisen
  ylistää aina saamme
  nimeä Jeesuksen.

Nyt armoistuimelle
veri on vuotanut.
Sovinnon jokaiselle
Jeesus on ansainnut.
Kivet nuo rintakilven
armosta todistaa.
Veressä uusi liitto
yhdeksi kansat saa.
