              1. Strápených únavou úprimne volá
Láska tá súcitná, náš Boh a Pán.
V tiesni a úzkostiach dá balzam Slova,
z tých, čo ho prijmú, hriech sníme on sám.

2. Nádej má pre všetkých, čo chcú byť šťastní,
stíšiť vie úzkosť aj po láske hlad.
Mraky sa rozplynú, tvár úsmev zjasní
tomu, kto verí, že Boh nás má rád.

3. Života chlieb on má i vodu živú,
duchovnej posily odveký zdroj;
pri ňom si znavení vždy odpočinú,
on zmierni každý ston, bôľ, nepokoj.

4. Chlieb z neba ty si sám, láskavý Pane,
sýtiť aj zástupy len ty moc máš;
v dôvere dvíhame prázdne len dlane,
všetko, čo treba nám, rád z lásky dáš.
