              Stvoriteľ, Bože náš,
Ty Otec všetkých nás,
si Pán mocný,
si Pán slávny,
vrúcne žiadam,
k Tebe volám:
v súžení pomôž mi.

Tvoja pravica, viem,
pomáha každý deň
všetkým chorým, usúženým,
zarmúteným i raneným,
aj srdciam zomdleným.

Môj milý Ježiši,
si lekár najlepší,
príď, pomôž mi, buď pri mne vždy.
Spasiteľu, duši, telu
daj liek v čas príhodný.

V kríži trpezlivosť
dávaj i zmužilosť,
by neklesal, a nezúfal
v chorobách zlých, bôľoch mnohých,
ale v Teba dúfal.

Tebe, milý Pane,
nemožné nič nie je;
povedz teda slovko iba,
moje bôle, všetky žiale
odvrátiš odo mňa.

Bože, Duchu Svätý,
Otcu, Synu rovný,
ochraňuj ma, posväcuj ma
k viere pravej, láske stálej.
Prosím, neopusť ma.
