              Svätá chvíľa, Pánov deň.
Chváliť svojho Boha chcem.
On deň dnešný oddelil,
požehnal a posvätil.
Všednú prácu odkladám,
dušu Jemu oddávam.

Ticho vôkol, svätý čas,
z neba volá Pánov hlas:
„Tí, čo máte smäd a hlad,
príďte, ja vás prijmem rád!
Vašu biedu dobre znám,
mannu z nebies zošlem vám."

Nežne volá Boží Syn:
„Príď, kto cítiš ťarchu vín!
Srdce hriešne, špinavé
moja krv len obmyť vie.
Spasenie som vydobyl,
by si večne so mnou žil!"

K Tebe, Pane, vrúcne lkám,
Svätým Duchom veď ma sám!
Srdce moje osvecuj,
zmocňuj ma a posväcuj!
S Tebou v nebi sláviť chcem
odpočinku večný deň!
