                Téged áldalak, szeretet Istene,
  Dicsérjen téged énekem!
Te vagy életem, örömöm, ó, Uram,
  Amen, alleluja.

Nekem üdvöm és fényem az Isten,
aki védi és óvja a léptem.
Az Ő házában lakhatom én
mostantól mindörökké!

Lelkem ujjongva áldja az Istent,
hiszen nem hagy el, Ő vezet engem,
vele ébredek és vele fekszem,
erősen tart a keze.

Minden ember szerte a földön,
és az angyali kar fenn az égben zengje:
boldog, ki Istenben bízik,
boldog, ki hozzá kiált!
