              Taittunut on
kuolon ansa,
maa on kauas loitonnut.
Uupunut on levossansa,
taistelu on tauonnut.
Pelastuksen veren alla
päästään voittoon
ihanaan.
Jeesushan jo Golgatalla
voitti kuolon valtiaan.

Kotihin jo päättyi retki,
paratiisiin ihanaan.
Koittanut on juhlahetki,
voitonvirttä veisataan.
Kaiken täyttää
taivaan tuoksu,
on niin ihmeen valoisaa.
Hyvin päättyi
matkan juoksu,
kaikki kiittää Jumalaa.
