Tak dobre nám je s Tebou dlieť
a vidieť Tvoju tvár sa skvieť.
Vrch premenenia samý lesk,
nás prenikne tiež svetla blesk.
Tu Mojžiš, strážca zákona,
tam Eliáš, s ním obroda,
a vprostred nich Ty, slávny Pán!
Ach, prosíme Ťa, hovor k nám!

Tak dobre nám je s Tebou dlieť
a všetko hriešne z duše zvliecť.
Tu stíchne kvíľba žalostná,
tu srdce pravú radosť má.
Nuž, vzlietni môj duch ako vták
z tých bied a strastí nad oblak.
Keď z výšin pomoc dostaneš,
svoj kríž rád ďalej ponesieš.

Tak dobre nám je s Tebou dlieť
a do svetla sa preobliecť
stáť očistení pred Bohom
a skvieť sa Tvojím obrazom.
Ty nad sneh belšie rúcho daj
a k službe silu požehnaj.
My konať chceme v láske tej,
nám zhora v Tebe zjavenej.
