              Tan negro estaba mi corazón
De iniquidad y de toda maldad,
Hasta que la sangre del Salvador,
De negro en blanco lo convirtió.
Su santa palabra también prometió
En calles de oro andar tú y yo.
¡Oh cuál día feliz!
Mis manchas todas borró.
