              Turvaa kuin
lintunen vuoreen,
kiusattu, ken oletkaan.
Elämän lähteelle riennä,
peseydy lainehissaan.
Vaara kun läsnä on, juokse,
kiiruhda Jeesuksen luokse.
Hän kuoli syntisi vuoksi,
vielä sua armahtaa Hän.
Oi, vielä sua armahtaa Hän.

Hän oli kiusattu kaikkeen,
kuin meitä kiusatahan,
vaan ei Hän
sortunut syntiin,
kiusattu, kuolemahan.
Puhtaana Hän Karitsana,
Pappina, Vapahtajana
ainiaan armahtavana
on sinun autuutesi,
Hän yksin on autuutesi.
