Táncra perdül a lelkem, ha hozzám szólsz,
  Ha szemembe nézel, átkarolsz!
Nincs semmi félelem, nincs semmi baj:
  Te lettél bennem a dal!

Vártam a percet és eljött a nap,
Hogy érezzem két kezed, halljam szavad.
Lázadtam ellened, nem hittem el,
De kigyulladt bennem a jel!

Maradj még, kérlek, Te légy a tűz!
Kételyek éjjelét messzire űzd!
Hallom a hangod, a szívemen csók,
Mely megőrzi bennem a jót!
