              Ustatý som skončil deň,
na očká mi sadá sen.
Otče, s láskou velikou
bdej nad mojou postieľkou.

Ak som Ťa aj hneval dnes, predsa s láskou hľaď z nebies,
veď Spasiteľ nevinný odpustil aj mne viny.

Praj i mojej rodine, nechže tíško spočinie,
aby veľkí i malí dnes pokojnú noc mali.

Tým, ktorým srdce kvíli, v spánku popraj posily
a tak mesiac nech svieti na šťastné Božie deti.
