              Už slnce zapadá,
deň zase odchádza,
však Ježiš, slnko života,
vždy s nami zostáva.

On, Tvorca, správca hviezd,
nás v pamäti má tiež,
my vrúcnym srdcom v deň i noc
mu vzdáme chválu, česť.

Za ticha nočného,
za svitu hviezdneho
sa mysľou k nemu povznesme
nájsť pokoj u neho.

Lúč zhasne slnečný,
však Pán je nemenný,
On oslňuje láskou nás,
noc v svetlo premení.
