              1. V blízkosti Spasiteľovej
vždy život služby žiť chcem,
istý a bezpečný môžem byť iba u neho, viem.

  Ref.: V blízkosti Spasiteľovej túžim byť,
  on je môj Pán,
  rád život zasvätím jemu,
  rád svoje srdce mu dám.

nemám strach z odlúčenia,
silu mi dávajú jeho nádherné zasľúbenia.

prijímam milosti dar,
všade chcem o ňom zvesť šíriť;
on sám dá práci tej zdar.
