              1. V Kristovi len, duša milá,
nájdeš pokoj, radosť, mier.
V ňom je odpočinok, sila,
jemu svoje srdce zver.
Veď kto iný v šírom svete
stíši bôľ tvoj, hlad a smäd?
V jeho ranách ukrytý je
blaženosti večný svet.

2. Z nepokoja, biedy sveta,
zmätku srdca, jarma ví
n zachráni ťa láska svätá,
ktorú zjavil Boží Syn.
Prečo hľadáš ustavične
len to, čo je bezcenné?
Perlou, ktorá trvá večne:
Ježiš - naše spasenie.

3. Spoľahni sa len na Krista,
smelo dúfaj, pevne ver;
jeho rada je vždy istá,
dá aj tvojmu srdcu smer.
Na pomoc ti dary Ducha
v Slove pravdy zasľúbil,
s nimi spásu večnú núka,
čo na kríži vydobyl.
