              V mene Ježišovom vstávam
dnes ráno z lôžka svojho,
Pánu Bohu chválu vzdávam,
velebím Ho mocného,
že ma minulej noci
chránil od škôd, nemocí,
zbavil nešťastia každého
pre môj život škodlivého.

Pane Bože trojjediný,
za ochranu ďakujem,
odpusť všetky moje viny,
polepšenie sľubujem;
Bože, aj dňa dnešného
ochraňuj ma od zlého,
všetkým čo Ťa prosia, Pane,
udeľ svoje požehnanie.

Ak si určil, že v tento deň
opustiť mám časný svet:
prosím, daj mi spasiteľne
v Tebe, Kriste môj, umrieť;
a potom na súdny deň,
z hrobu svojho keď vstanem,
nazvi ma svojím, ó Pane,
nech sa Tvoja vôľa stane.
