              V podvečer, keď sa zmráka,
ako k sliepke kuriatka,
tak sa k Tebe túlime,
láskavý Hospodine.

Otče náš dobrotivý,
doprial si v dobrom zdraví
prežiť dnešný celý deň,
vďačnej chvály si hoden.

Isteže hriech nejeden
prebýval v nás tento deň,
odpusť hriechy poznove
pre zásluhy Kristove.

Tebe sa porúčame
a pokorne žiadame:
bdej nad nami, Bože náš,
keď sa blíži nočný čas.

Naše prosby, žiadosti
vyslyš, Pane, z milosti,
buď Ti, Bože veliký,
chvála dnes i naveky!
