              1. V srdci nádej, túžba v zraku temnej noci sveta bied,
Spasiteľa na oblaku čaká viery smelej vzlet.
V každom bôli, v každej tiesni na neho zrak upieraj,
on ti cestu tŕním kliesni, za ním ísť vpred neváhaj.

2. Opusť márne sveta túžby, jemu veriť neprestaň,
k nemu vstúp do vernej služby, vezmi smelo Ducha zbraň.
Jeho láskou vyzbrojený sám nad sebou zvíťazíš,
silou viery naplnený nepriateľa porazíš.

3. Ver len Pánu Ježišovi, on ťa verne miluje,
v nebesiach on domov nový pre teba už hotuje.
Zjav mu všetky svoje priania, srdca svojho každý taj
a za všetky požehnania jemu vrúcnu vďaku vzdaj.
