              Večný Bože, v milosti
stály, nepremenný!
Ty si prameň radosti
nevyčerpateľný,
z Teba v žitia premenách
stála nádej prýšti:
hoc i časy sa menia,
Ty si vždy ten istý.

Z roka na rok Tvoja sa
milosť obnovuje,
láska Tvoja otcovská
žehná, ochraňuje
nás na cestách života
zvečera i zrána,
verná Tvoja dobrota
trvá bez prestania.

Rok, ktorý sme prežili,
žehnal si z výsosti,
Otče dobrý a milý,
zo svojej štedrosti
Pokrm nápoj si dával,
úspechy sme mali,
ak nás trápil kríž a žiaľ,
s Tebou sme obstáli.

Za to, že si mieru prial
našej milej vlasti,
aby každý pracoval
v pokoji a v šťastí,
za žehnanie, čo máme
v cirkvi i v rodine,
vďaky Tebe vzdávame,
dobrý Hospodine.

Rýchlo plynie času prúd
do mora večnosti,
len Ty, Bože, s nami buď
bohatý v milosti,
ňou nás zmocňuj, kým je čas,
k čineniu dobrého,
z nej nám dopraj vkročiť raz
do Roku večného.
