              Veseľ sa, celý svet,
Krista Pána v hrobe niet!
Vy, zem i nebesá,
z vykúpenia tešte sa
v tento preradostný čas!
Veď všemocný Pán Boh náš
vzkriesil už svojho Syna:
Plesaj, Božia rodina,
plesaj, Božia rodina!

Ó svetlo z výsosti,
nech lúč Tvojej jasnosti
zvesťou o vzkriesení
žiaľ na radosť premení.
Mizne hrobu temnota -
vyšlo Slnko života,
žije náš Vykupiteľ,
:/: Ježiš Kristus, Spasiteľ! :/:

Ako slnko budí
život zo spiacej hrudy -
tak i nás Pán živý
všetkých mocne oživí,
preto vrúcne chváľme Ho,
Víťaza vzkrieseného.
Sláva Jeho milosti
:/: i tu i vo večnosti! :/:
