R:Viera je ustavičný zápas so svetom, hriechom, sebou samým.
Daj mi ho správne chápať, by som mohol dostať veniec večnej slávy.
1.	Vo svete som sám vojak v poli a to často veľmi bolí.
Svet navráva, nemá cenu kráčať stále za Tebou.
2.	Odpusť, že tak často hreším, nie vždy plním Tvoju vôľu,
nemilujem svojich bratov, vyznávam Ti zas a znovu.
3.	Často reptám proti Tebe svojím vlastným rozumom,
starý Adam vo mne drieme, daj by zaspal večným snom.
