              Volgi lo sguardo alla croce
Volgo lo sguardo anch'io
Vieni e vedrai il Signore
Mentre muore per te

Contempla il Suo dolore
Quanto ha sofferto per noi
Egli del cielo il Signore
Venne a morire per noi

O grande amore di Dio
Chi mai comprender potrà?
Per tanti miseri peccatori
Cristo un giorno morì
Per tanti miseri ingiusti
Un giusto morì

Volgi lo sguardo alla croce
Se tu ti senti solo
Fu per averti vicino
Ch'egli un giorno morì

Volgi lo sguardo alla croce
Se senti un rimorso nel cuore
Lì sulla croce il tuo errore
Il tuo dolore portò
